Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, peak seasons or promotional periods may experience a slight delay.

Shipping Costs

Every NORD order comes with free worldwide shipping. No matter where you are, standard shipping is always on us, with no additional shipping costs.

Kindly note that for orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use this to track your delivery’s progress.

Returns

We want you to love your NORD experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how we handle returns and exchanges:

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to try the product. If you're not satisfied, you can return it, even if it has been lightly used. All returns must be started within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return method and the return shipping costs. To ensure your return reaches us securely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@nord.club.

Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or how we can improve our products. We'll guide you through the process and send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
