How long does one scent pod last?
A NORD scent pod lasts about 3 to 5 months with daily use and around four applications per day. This is equivalent to the usage of a traditional 50ml bottle of perfume.
How long does the scent last on the skin?
The scent lasts up to 6 hours on the skin after application, depending on the fragrance, skin type, and environment. The travel-friendly case makes it easy to carry and reapply as needed throughout the day.
What is the projection of NORD's fragrance balms?
NORD's fragrance balms have a moderate sillage, meaning the scent leaves a subtle yet noticeable trail as you move. This level of sillage strikes a perfect balance, ensuring the fragrance is appreciated without being overpowering, making it ideal for both personal and close encounters.
The sillage can vary depending on the specific fragrance, your skin type, and the environment. Factors like body chemistry, temperature, and humidity can all influence how the scent radiates and lingers throughout the day.
Are the ingredients natural?
Some of our scents do contain alcohol (see the ingredient lists for each fragrance). However, these are natural alcohols derived from fruit, herb, or plant extracts used in the creation of the fragrance.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely! All of our fragrances are made with plant-based ingredients. We’re also committed to our love for animals, which is why we never test any of our products or ingredients on animals. Will the balm melt in hot weather or if kept in my pocket?
Our balm is built to stay solid, even in warmer temperatures or when carried in your pocket. With a melting point of 65°C (150°F), it’s able to hold up in most conditions.
For optimal fragrance performance, we recommend using the balm at room temperature. To protect the product and preserve its effectiveness, avoid exposing it to extreme heat, like direct sunlight or inside a hot vehicle.
What makes NORD sustainable?
With NORD, we aim to promote sustainability and reduce pollution in three ways:
NORD is refillable, which minimizes the production of packaging. As a result, the waste generated from using our product is nearly zero.
NORD does not use plastic in its packaging. Only biodegradable materials are used, helping to minimize waste and pollution. The box containing the fragrance and case is even made from a compostable by-product.
NORD does not add chemicals to the fragrances. The use of chemicals in cosmetics can cause significant environmental harm. We’ve chosen to avoid chemicals, benefiting sustainability.
How do I apply NORD fragrance balm?
When you receive your order, begin by unpacking the case and fragrance boxes. The case features a twisting mechanism, so simply rotate the lid to open it.
Then, remove the fragrance from its packaging (slide it out of the sleeve) and insert it into the case.
Now you're ready to use the product. Open the case, swipe your finger across the solid balm, and apply it to your pulse points (neck and wrists). Reapply as needed to boost the fragrance.
How do I store my NORD fragrance balm?
The best way to store NORD is, of course, in its case. However, if you've ordered an extra fragrance or want to swap scents using just one case, it's best to store the loose fragrance balm in its original packaging. Keep it covered and store it in a cool, dry place.

Will I need to pay import duties?
For deliveries outside of the EU, NORD does not collect VAT, GST, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsible to pay any fees associated with importing the goods. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
